- Twelve Fan PageGenuinely I’m looking to write my own story and Twelve is an inspiration for me and the more I rewatch it I just think about how smart it is. The ability to use animals as the main characters in a way that isn’t detrimental to the narrative (the opposite really), and have them in a realistic setting while still keeping them relatable and not making it too distracting (ex: they still have houses, they still sneak out and do teen things-but they also have like shelters and owners…which is obviously not a human thing) like how on earth did Hawley do this??? Its so perfectly blended and I do not see enough people talking about it.Like
