This is for those who're confused as I am, there are two versions of Twelve: The Finale. The only differences are the outroduction music in the credits. The original had Miracle by Coldplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7atDQreame4 The reupload had Sunflower by Topher Mohr and Alex Elena: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDUz-6WdF3o Throughout those 8 whole years of being a Twelve fan, I thought the original version of The Finale was removed due to this copyright thanks to YouTube, but to my surprise, the original version is still out there on the YouTube channel. Now grant it, you can view the original on this website, but this still means you can watch the original except you'll have to manually scroll down to oldest to find it. Since the original version has been removed from the Twelve playlist. Better yet, click on these links below to view both the original and reupload versions of Twelve: The Finale. You're welcome!
