CANCELATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, you have the right to request a cancelation any time until the order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once you have received a shipping notification via email. Once an order has been canceled, a refund will be issued but may take 5-7 days for it to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment type. REFUND POLICY
PetPyves cannot offer refunds for items that were sent in good faith and received in the condition that was promised according to your order receipt. We are a small business operated by a single person! If you do have any issues with your order however, please see below and we'll be happy to help!

RETURN POLICY
PetPyves cannot offer any kind of returns or exchanges as products are manufactered to order. However, if you need a refund for any reason, see the policy above

Payment information is always encrypted & secured through Wix. Information collected on this site is to be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose.

GENERAL POLICIES
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) when using this site. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, AI users, or distributors.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Please review your order and contact us within 7 days of receiving it at petpyvesanimation.com if any item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We will review your order and correct the mistakes at no cost to you or we will provide a full refund. Please note that these policies to not apply after 30 days past the date the packaged is received by the seller. If the item is broken after this time, no replacements, refunds, etc. will be offered.

CHARGEBACK DISPUTES
Chargebacks (disputes filed through PayPal and credit card companies) have the potential to harm small businesses like PetPyves. Please read through all of these policies before placing an order to understand this site's procedures. If a chargeback is issued against this site, since the policies are clear and accessible, we will consider it evidence of the buyer's fraud-like behavior. We will show evidence (such as time stamp of the buyer's agreement to terms) to get the chargeback disputed.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We offer free shipping for the PetPyves online store in the U.S.! For international orders, the rate is is $2.00 per 1 oz of product ordered. This covers shipping materials, stamps, and handling. We strive to have the lowest shipping cost possible!

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
PetPyves is currently based in Wisconsin, USA- which is where your order is shipped from! Estimated shipping times are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you AFTER you receive a shipping confirmation via email. Unless stated otherwise, orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase and typically arrive 5-7 business days from the purchase date. However, during shop updates or holiday seasons it could take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. We use USPS to ship all of our orders and appreciate your patience!

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE USA) ORDERS
International shipping is limited as we are just beginning to expand our reach globally. As of January 2024, we can ship orders weighing 1 ounce or less to anywhere in the world- this means all prints and stickers that are not in bulk. If your package is heavier, you will be charged $2.00 for every additional ounce. This will automatically be calculated at checkout. All international buyers are responsible for paying VAT or any other custom fees and charges upon receipt of their package. We are unable to alter the customs forms to affect this process. Refunds are not given for international packages unclaimed at customs.

SUSTAINABILITY
PetPyves is an eco-friendly place! We are a plastic-free, zero waste store. You may find some unique packaging such as recycled paper, tissue paper, etc. in your orders in an effort to help the planet. However, if you do not wish to receieve reused materials, please request plastic or non-recyclable packaging by contacting us at petpyvesanimation.com or make a note in your order description.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks of receiving a shipping confirmation email, contact your local post office as they are the best equipped to help you. You can also complete a missing mail form directly with USPS. You may also contact us at petpyvesanimation@gmail.com. As a small business, it is difficult to promise replacing every lost order but if it is a first /one time occurence, there may be forgiveness. If packages return to me, I will offer: 1) To ship the items to you again, free of charge (with re-confirmation of correct shipping address) 2) Issue a refund of the order total minus original shipping fees/taxes After an order has be resent once, it will not be sent again. This will be considered either a postal service loss or customer loss and PetPyves will not be responsible.

ITEMS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
We are aware of how artwork gets mistreated at USPS but can not control how orders are handled once they've left PetPyves. However, we use precautionary mesaures (such as warning labels and extra packacing if needed) to prevent damage as much as possible. Because of this, we offer one full refund or full exchange for items damaged to due post office/travel errors with PROOF of damage. Please show us pictures by contacting us at petpyvesanimation@gmail.com to take advantage of this offer. If the items are no longer in stock, then we will refund you instead. Once an order is resent, it will not be sent again. Any loss beyond this point is considered a postal service loss or customer loss and PetPyves will not be responsible.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION INPUT ERRORS
By placing an order on this site, you agree to double checking the shipping address on your receipt during and after placing your order. If you need to make a change, please reply to the order email or email at petpyvesanimation@gmail.com before the items have been sent. If you fail to correct or update proper shipping information before the order is shipped, a refund will not be issued and the order will not be sent to the new address. This will be considered a customer information input error and PetPyves is not responsible for covering any losses.
Petpyves Premium

GOODY BAG POLICIES
In regards to PetPyves Premium Goody Bag benefits, please refer to all applicable policies and terms above, such as shipping policies and lost/damaged order policies. However, this product is nonrefundable as it has no set value price. It is only attainable through Gold Pyvlet membership status as a benefit. Goody bags are shipped monthly on the 15th and arrive 5-7 days from the shipping date. They include exclusive stickers and prints that are not offered anywhere else and are therefore limited. These designs are preset and can not be exchanged for others. Please contact petpyvesanimation@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

GENERAL PREMIUM POLICIES
PetPyves Premium is an online membership that allows supporters to gain exlcusive benefits. Such as behind-the-scenes artwork, access to secret store inventory, early access to new content, and more! This experience is limited to our website petpyvesanimation.com and our private Discord group. PetPyves Premium is a paid, exlcusive experience, sharing any content limited to the site & Discord to non-paying customers will result in termination of our services and possible banning on both petpyvesanimation.com and Discord. This operation is solely run by a sinlge artist. Please respect the rules and bounds of PetPyves Premium so that it can be fun for all!

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION
You have the right to unsubscribe and cancel your payment plan at any time. This can be done maunally through your account or you can contact us at petpyvesanimation@gmail.com for assistance. Once a plan is cancelled, depending on the plan and payment type, your membership could expire immediately or will run out at the end of your monthly term. Our website will automatically change your status but if you believe there are any errors involving this process, please contact us. PetPyves has the right to revoke or cancel memberships at any time for any reason.

DISCORD POLICY
By joining the PetPyves Premium Discord through the special link provided on the Premium Homepage, you agree to Discord's TOS that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to have access to the platform. Minors under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in this benefit. Within the server, strong language could be present but is filtered to PG-13. We are a safe community that welcomes all people of all labels. We have zero tolerance for bullying, drugs, explicit content, sexism, racism, homophobia, and all other sensitive topics. There is no spamming or advertising in our server. Sensitive or triggering content is also not permitted. The Premium Discord is the #1 place for live updates, sneak peeks, and chatting with fellow fans. It is a private server that can not be joined without a membership. This means no sharing links or content outside of the server for any reason. Failure to respect or follow any of our policies for the server will result in kicking, banning, and/or revoking of your online membership at petpyvesanimation.com.
Art Commissions

COMMISSION CANCELLATION
Once a commission request is placed, you have the right to request a cancelation any time until the order is in the sketch/starting phase. Commissions cannot be canceled at any other stage of progress (line-art, coloring, shading, etc.). Once an request has been canceled, a refund will be issued but may take 5-7 days for it to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment type. REFUNDS ON COMMISSIONS
PetPyves cannot offer refunds for commissions that were personalized and created in good faith and received in the condition that was promised according to your order receipt. All commission sales are final. We are a small business operated by a single person! If you do have any issues with your commission however, please see below and we'll be happy to help!

COMMISSION REVISIONS
Please review your commission and contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product at petpyvesanimation.com if any item needs revisioned. We will correct the mistakes at no cost to you for the first round of MINOR revisions. Please note that if further revisions (especially major ones) are required, additional costs may apply. There may also be caps on the amount of revisions available for commissions. Please note that these policies to not apply after the final (fully-revised) commission is received by the seller. If the item needs revisions after this time, no service will be offered.

MY RIGHTS AS AN ARTIST
I have the right to cancel any commission at any time for any reason. If PetPyves must cancel a commission due to these reasons, a refund will be issued. You may not sell nor exchange PetPyves art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission. I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise. If you do not wish for your commission to be used in such ways, please contact me or make it known at the time of commissioning.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A COMMISSIONER
You may use the personalized artwork I create in your commission in any free, non-profit material, on any online platform. Once the final product is delivered, you retain most rights to use my art online. Monetization of your commission, however is limited. Acceptable examples include: YouTube videos, social media icons, Discord server emotes, etc. This does not include, however, the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
